The producer working through Boost. For your agency's clients, that producer and your agent go on the application together. The writing agents keep the client.
How does pay work?
It depends on the insurance company. Some advance commission and some pay as it is earned. LFG sets the compensation levels, agrees them with you at onboarding, and discloses them in full.
How is Boost different from a partnership?
Boost is our own process, built and refined over four years, more than 400 closed deals and more than 1,200 meetings. It is by invitation, not something you join. A partnership is the open door: bring your agency to LFG and keep what you built.
